These are a couple of alternate dock looks for Mac OS X Leopard, made from the example and instructions at theAppleBlog. To make these work, go to /System/Library/CoreServices/ and right-click on the Dock application and select "Show Package Contents". Inside there, open up Contents/Resources/. Find the files whose names match the images in the "Resources" folders in the zip files below. Delete them and replace them with the new files (after you back them up, in case you want to go back). You'll have to log out or reboot your machine to see the change.
I've also included Photoshop files with the master composites if you want to mess with the images at all.
